It's time to Practise Speaking With Me! Today, we'll practise speaking about daily routines.

This lesson gives you the chance to listen to the grammar, important phrases, and pronunciation you will use when speaking about your daily routines, before giving you the chance to speak out loud too. It's a great way to learn what to say and how to say it.

I’ve used my daily routine as an example, so you’ll kind of also get the chance to find out a little more about me (and of course, I’d love to know about your daily routine too). We’ll cover:

Speaking about your daily routine is a great way to get to know someone better and find out more about their days, their family and work life, and their hobbies and interests.

Hi Emma. This is my daily routine.
I usually get up at 6:40am. Then I brush my teeth and wash my face. I always take a shower every morning. That makes me fell refresh and full enegery on starting new day. I usually go to work by 8:00am, I’m hardly rare late for work. I often drink a smoothie at break time, it makes me relax to continue work. After working out, I often go home at 6:20pm. Then, I prepare somethings to cook for tomorrow. I love cooking and enjoy my foods. I usually listen to music and surf facebook, tiktok at night. Then, I often go to sleep at 10:00pm.

Hello. I always wake up 7:00am. Then I do exercise for 20minutes. Then i relax my body by doing yoga. After that i read bible and pray. And then i feel the sunshine from the window. I tjink it so beautiful and make my day more meaningful.

Hi Emma, this is my morning routine. I always wake up at 5:30am. I brush my teeth. I eat my favorite fruit, an apple. I never drink tea nor coffee, I prefer hot water. I take a bath and get dressed. I make my lunch. I sometimes eat cereal. I pack my lunch. I then wait for my lift to work which usually arrives at 7 :10am. While waiting, I often read Bible verses/ listen to Bible audios or devotions. I always start work at 8:00Thanks teacher.

I always wake up early. First of all I do my prayer and recite the Qur'an. Before I take shower I do some stretch and exercises then I read book and have my breakfast. I usually arrive at work at time, when I have a lot of tasks to do I seldom talk with my colleagues. Sometimes, I listen to podcasts on my way to home. I hardly ever watch TV, I prefer connecting to mobile.

Hi teacher .this is first time when I learn your lesson after 12hrs posting. And I thought to msg my teacher .thanks.. I get up at 5:30 or 6am . After perform prayer I start learn English by watching videos and these days I m listen news regularly. And 9 am I start prepare breakfast.than I woke up my husband and we eat breakfast at 10am. After finish my breakfast I clean my house and does other chores. Finished my chores I again start learn English . Basically I m a House wife. And we mostly miss our lunch and sometimes dinner.
