I had a lot of brainfog the last couple years of work. When I progressed through a low carb, then ketogenic, finally to a zero-carb, or 'carnivore' way of eating, my brainfog disappeared and my memory for EVERYTHING, short and long term, improved drastically. I began to remember names of people I just met and those whom I'd long forgotten. I began to carry on long, detailed conversations without forgetting my train of thought. I felt like myself again.

Well, it's just not that easy to find doctors who LISTEN! When you insist some tests, they get angry and ask who is the doctor here....

My experience with dementia is that I worked at a memory care home for about a year. It was frightening how quickly some decline and also equally how slow some decline or stay in a almost hypnotic state. One man was in a violent accident and had a brain injury that caused his dementia. His decline was very quick. Others have been in that state of brain if you will for years. I don't wish that on anyone ever. And we have a dear friend that developed Parkinson's Disease and has an onset of dementia. He is only in his 50s. Just a brutal thing.
You need to shout all this wonderful information from the roof tops, honestly. So so important!

😂 This is the miracle that I've been looking for. Because of family history and what the doctors have said, I thought I had no choice but to experience Alzheime or dementia. I thank God that you showed me other options.

I am improving my sleep by walking in early morning light. I think at age 80, I actually getting my melatonin cycle in gear. The blue light blockers are part of this.

I would never do my doctor test me for all these in UK. I barely got an appointment for a thyroid scan after I treathened him.

How do we get the test you spoke about?

Dr. Mindy, my mother is 92 years old and physically healthy. However, in the last couple of years, she is showing signs of dementia. What type of fasting would be beneficial for her?

Do you need progesterone if you have had a full hysterectomy? My GYN says I am on HRT with Estradiol and testosterone injections. Very interested.. Thank you for this

Hello Mindy! I just read your book Fast Like A Girl, thank you so much it has been so helpful. I had one question, which phase (power, manifestation or nurture) would you recommend donating blood? I wasn't sure if that would effect my cycle and fasting journey.
