Sudoku is good for exercising your brains. Same with using the Internet, but not as much.

This is an educational video - why the music? It's too loud, and it's annoying! I have hearing issues, and this music is very disturbing - stop with all the noise!

It is not accurate to say that nerve cells cannot be regenerated. There are preclinical research studies performed in mice showing the unique cannabinoid CBD promoted neurogenesis or the formation of new brain cells in adult mice. Other interventions, including exercise and brain games may promote neurogenesis and neural net connections.

Honestly, if this is directed at people with cognitive problems, it would be impossible for most of them to follow all the blah-blah... Way too long for people having cognitive issues, they will get lost. So, up to a point, this is pointless unless they do something to the POINT faster!

Long on introduction, short on information. Disappointingly vapid.
