I don’t know why fashion brands won’t make more modest tops because almost every woman I know has complained about this issue. They make shoulder fabric too far apart also so there’s no way to keep your bra strap from peeking out from time to time. It’s so annoying.

Those micro-stich guns are used a lot on TV shows and movie sets by the wardrobe/costume department. Very handy.

I agree! A tank top underneath really does change the look.

An upgrade from the safety pin I use 🤣.

A safety pin always shows, no matter how hard I try anyway

In the garment industry it is used to attach price tags onto clothing. You shoot it through a label or the inside seam of a sleeve. More often than not, it will leave a hole, especially in knits. So be careful.

That looks like the guns we use in retail for the tags. Interesting

I think it looks good after. I think a lot of manufacturers are making women's clothing too tight and low cut etc and it's hard to find clothing that fits well and doesn't let everything hang out.

Microstitch gun, I've never heard of it! So cool, thank you. I will head over to the fabric store tomorrow. 💕

I use mine to connect pairs of socks before I wash them so they stay together.

I have a supply of black and assorted colors of safety pins at home and work. I find using pins that match the fabric helps to hide the pins.

You look stunning.❤😊❤

Those garment tagging guns work better when tagged in the seams. High stretch garments may differ but once you keep tagging multiple holes near high pressure points/joints it will start to fray or cause holes. For single wear maybe ok but always aim for the seams where permitting.

You can also use a decorative brooch. Or hand stitch it into Place by threading the needle one, two, or three times, you can actually stitch it while wearing the dress on or off, it’s your choice. That’s a very quick fix as well if you don’t have the micro stitch gun .There’s so many different ways to close up the cleavage when it’s too much showing. Young lady you are so beautiful. Thank you for making the video.

Several dress like that! I did it in several ways, 1. I sewing them closer!
2. Pin a flower
3. Sewing a piece of lace
4. Sew a snap or little hooker
5. Sewing 2 ribons or string in each side, then tight a nice bow
6. Sewing an extra ripples piece along the edge of neck part of dress.
Just being creative!
