True doc ! If I use 1-3 x a week I’m fine everyday I get really dry near the nose area

I literally got perioral dermatitis (a red, painful inflamed rash around mouth) from using too much salicylic acid toner (Paula's choice 2% BHA) along with other factors. I can't use any skincare now for 2 months. I can't emphasize it enough to let your skin rest and not use too many products at once not to mention not too many NEW products together.

i have a face reality gentle cleanser and a cerave acne foam cleanser with %2 salicylic acid. should i use the gentle cleanser in the morning and the acne cleanser at night or should i just cleanse once a day with the acne cleanser ?

What ever you use for face chemical is not good cleansing and moisture is very important

am a beginner. I have oily skin and i choose simple face wash, plum green tea alchahol free toner, plum vitamin c serum and ponds light weight moisturizer, and fixderma Or aqualogica pink sunscreen. And i came to know that some ingredients should not be used together. Like plum toner has glycolic acid and it should not be used with c serum. Can somebody who knows about this please reply?
Is there any ingredients in these products that should not be used together. Please rply
