Honestly, best video describing actually important things. Thank for the simplicity.

We have a GH Hybrid Limited on order, and have read a ton about it. In the case of hybrid models and the gas tank, we’ve read Toyota designed it to designated 0 miles to empty with about 3 gallons still in the tank to protect the hybrid system. I guess if the tank is completely empty it can greatly damage the hybrid system. So it is a ~17 gallon tank, but you’ll be filling at most 14 gallons due to that hybrid protection reserve.

Thanks for the video...extremely helpful. And thanks for the info on the moonroof...I too would think the roof was closed.

I have a 2016 Camry Hybrid. It has the same gas tank. Toyota does a reserve, so you don't run out of gas.

Many thanks for all the great information. We just purchased our Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE today but ours did not come with the moon roof. Looking forward to the great gas milage.

Thanks for the great review. Hard to find real owner’s reviews on Youtube. Lucky you got the captain’s chair on XLE. Here in Canada all XLE has bench seat. States gets always better options even on same trim. 😅. I have been waiting for Hybrid XLE for 7 months and my dealership told me for another 6 months to wait.

Thanks for the update. This is very helpful. I’ve ordered the platinum, but I was debating between the regular hybrid or the hybrid max. Thanks for sharing the likes and the dislikes.

The cable packages are admittedly outdated, we don’t actively order them with ours, but not all dealerships manage their inventory properly or they are already built and added before they are allocated to the dealerships.

Hey Nealman,
Great video, just covering the basic yet most important info folks need. And thanks for that.
As someone mentioned earlier you are really great at this.
Could you comment on the cabin noise? Or the road noise. I drive Accord and CRV both have bad road noise inside the vehicle
Thanks

FYI you can adjust head lamps with a Philips screwdriver

Re: the auto dimming headlights, just want to make sure we’re on the same page. I have the exact same car, model, trim, even color (not that that matters.) 11:42 The auto-dimming headlights will dim when someone is approaching you going the opposite direction, not when you’re behind someone. The car senses the lights from oncoming traffic and turns off the high beams. If you have auto dimming high beams on and you’re just behind someone, you may be accidentally flashing the brights into their car.
Great video!

I have a rav4 2024 XLe Hybrid and I agree with you, the seatbelt warning sound is super annoying. Also, the Bluetooth and radio connection to the phone's music is bad.

Great review! My wife and I are deciding between the Grand Highlander and the Sienna Woodland edition. We like the size and comfort of the Sienna with the added ground clearance, but we dig the looks, height, and extra space/suv vibe of the Grand. My only concern is the underpowered motor with the Sienna. I’d almost feel like I’d need the hybrid Max considering there are 5 of us and sometimes friends with luggage. We do a lot of road trips.

There is a display setting you can turn off auto setting and set it to dark mode all the time. 👍🏻

Thks for the update. Good info. I'm trying to get the max platinum if I can but you know how that goes currently. The headlight issue might be fixed by adjusting them a bit downward even though dealer claims they are aimed where they are supposed to be. It's very easy to do. Yeah, thanks Toyota for forcing cables on you that you can't use in the car. That crap just bugs...
