Now that I think about it when I come home from school I would lock myself in my room turn off the light and recall my entire day and talk to myself, ask myself questions like, did I make any new friends, what was this persons name, what did they have on etc. idk why I stopped it was very enjoyable

Good stuff. Sometimes we're so busy, we don't think there's time for this. But even a few minutes while lying in bed at night to recall the day's events and turning it into practice you may see substantial results. I'm definitely going to consciously give this a try.

I used to do this when I was 12years old I still remember that I use to recall everything like my full day from beginning to end but I was not aware it had so many benefits

very cool technique! You sort of mentioned this in the last point, but it makes me think that it would help you practice gratitude. So many studies show that actively becoming more aware and grateful for the little things you do (and that happen to you) throughout the day has huge health and psychological benefits. Good stuff!

I expected something on mnemonics, attaching something kinda crazy and unrelated to what you want to remember...some famous Renaissance tinker's trick, but, but this one I saw in college in a related way...Art teacher said "As you walk about canvas (lol, spell checker angel-campus) take in all the details."...better sleep?...hmmph...my dream paralysis demons thrive on details!😰
