I felt like this whole movie was just a, "HEY HE SAID THE THING FROM THE SHOW" for every other character

The tragic story of Sopranos & Moltisantis: Junior killed the father, Tony killed the son.

Christopher's whole childhood was ruined because his dad laughed at Junior once at a funeral. Damn.

The actor for junior really captures his bitterness and petty nature well

Juniors pettiness and insecurity was semi-comical coming from an old bespectacled geezer. But the more youthful depiction of him here takes away the comedic relief aspect, and drives home how actually loathsome of a person he could be. It shows that his bitterness wasn’t from being an infirm pawn in the twilight of his life, but rather from a more innate place. Good acting

When the last time you see Junior was the frail and demented shell in season 6, it's easy to forget what a ruthless and dangerous character he would have been in his prime.

Dickie should have told him he didn't have the makings of a varsity athlete instead of laughing.

Many Saints has its problems, but Corey Stoll absolutely fucking kills it as Junior. Him and Vera Farmiga are incredible in their roles.

I’ll never get over the fact they didn’t make a mini series instead there was too much going on in this movie that could’ve easily been told in multiple episodes

They should've turned this into a series like the Sopranos. You can get 5 or more season's off the origins of the families and backstories from the original show.

Tony was really hurt by Junior's varsity athlete comment and Dickie didn't like it either, Junior projected too much insecurity at Dickie's success, this shows us how close Dickie was to Tony and why Tony put Christopher under his wing.

Junior was the best casting of the Many Saints of Newark. Looks like him. Acts like him. Sounds like him.

I love how this storyline just plays into how ruthless yet fragile-ego’d Junior is. To me this just goes in line with how he had Brendan Fillone clipped and then Donnie clipped during season one

Junior's story arc was one of the few good things about this mess of a movie. Fits perfectly with how resentful he was of Tony's success and popularity down the road.

Junior falling is always fucking hilarious

I think Joe Profaci greased the stairs. Old man Profaci knew how to split his enemies.

I love how Corey Stoll makes even young Junior look and act like an old man

"it's done" was 100% Paulie, find the clip when Christopher tries to pay for the dinner, and Paulie stops him and says those words, compare it to this, it's definitely him, he at least, knew about it.

Stoll did a pretty solid job at playing Junior.
