Despite enjoying all the benefits of govt. schemes of BJP govt. muslims in UP (or elsewhere) single handedly voted against Modi, a strong, visionary leader, in favor of a weak, visionless pappu, distributing freebies out of hard earned money of tax payers. Whereas among the Hindus of UP, the freebeies, loan waiver promises, caste politics, govt. pension all made their feable, hunger driven minds drift toward the ditch. Also the lower voting percentage is another factor.. Its NOT a win for SP (we all know what kinda gundaraj UP had in Mulayam's times) but rather a loss of the gullible hindus of UP.

What can we learn: Muslims always vote for a weak, visionless non-muslim leader, or a strong muslim leader with Islamic vision.

The state of mind of the gullible Hindus in states like UP and Bihar is still in 1980s.
