Hey Brian,
Thanks so much for this video! I am trying my best early on to get as much information in pharmacy informatics. I am currently employed as a medical lab scientist (aka medical technologist, terms are used interchangeably) and transitioning into the pharmacy field! I will be a first year pharm student this upcoming fall. The program I'm going to be in has a dual-degree program with PharmD/HIT masters. I'm debating whether or not to pursue a master's, or simply getting a health informatics certificate. My mind is mostly debating based on cost of a masters vs a certificate. But I also want to know if the benefits of getting a master's is much higher than getting a health informatics certificate. Thanks so much for your videos!
