Carbon tax is hitting us Canadians In Ontario BIG TIME on our heating bill. So were being punished for heating our homes in this very cold winter - Thats great. If the concern is the carbon foot print then give GM, Ford etc incentives to get off of folsil fuel and build electric cars. Punish them for building cars that require gas. To punish the people makes no sense.
