Most people think negatively about meetings and that they will be boring, so it is important to make them fun and more importantly engaging, if everyone gets to engage then they won't feel bored. Also some people feel that others get to talk more, so it is important everyone has equal time. I will discuss the length of meetings and how you should plan to break down the topics into certain sections.

If people are familiar and know what to expect from a meeting, it usually runs smoother because they have had time to prepare questions and answers. Sometimes people don't understand what a meeting is about and it leaves them confused or not fully comfortable.
