I am part of a team of developers who are primarily introverts. Turning the video on ends up being very distracting to most of the team :D I personally love it as an extrovert, but it helps to know the people we work with. Thanks for all those tips, they were gr8! Jmm I agree with them all, except for the turn-on video from my students (university), I am the one who turn-on the video, I do not push them to do it, so they are more relaxed, they do not need to think about clothes, space, light and so on... The good thing, is that I prepare activities in order to all of them to participate (they all talk, participate :D ). I hate too when I am requested to turn-on my video when I am attending a meeting in which I am not the host. It simply is not needed.
