I think that the husband was outside tending to a fire or burn pile and she shot him right there. She didn't have to drag him out of the house.

Every benefit of the doubt went out the door when Rusty said she told him that Gary had a terminal illness. She thought she had it all figured out.

To want to even accuse her sons....or cause them to be suspected is wicked beyond words.

The judge was wholly inappropriate, the way he spoke to the tech guy... showing his bias. Should not have done in front of jury!!!

yea Rusty and the evidence introduced through him has tipped me over. She did it. Sorry, but, she told him on July 4th at 2:00 am that Gary was on the burn pile and Rusty had to tell her to stop talking about it? Yea, this was absolutely damming to her today.

Why would she have said "he is in the burn pile" if it was after he was found. She would have said "He was found in the burn pile". Also he must have suspected her if he said " don't tell me anything else".

The Defence ask so many ridiculous questions that not only drag the questioning out but have absolutely nothing to do with how, why or possibly when the victim died. It tells me they have nothing
