This is similar to the 1995 case of Mark Winger in Illinois. He set up a guy to look like he murdered his wife but the husband killed him and put the murder of the wife on him

The fact that this husband sent the photo of his wife to the au pair is so despicable. The poor wife, she thinks she's just sending a pic of herself in a bathing suit to her husband. Thinking that is something that he would love to get (as he should). She probably thinks she's just being a good wife. Not even knowing that her husband don't really want her anymore because he's hooking up with a 22 year old. Or, maybe she knew or had an inkling and that's why she sent the pic? Then he turns around and sends it to the chick he's cheating with. What was his plan in sending that to her. Was he part of the planning to make a fake profile for his wife or, is he sending it to the au pair as to humiliate his wife? What a jerk!

The logical step would just be to get a divorce but no. This guy is such a dimwit. He had a great job and an awesome life and a beautiful child and he threw it all away for lust and greed!
