Tropics Thursday update: Tropical Storm Isaias to go up Southeast coastline

Tropical Storm Isaias is nearing the Bahamas. But as we go into the weekend, it will near the U.S. Coastline. It could impact the weather of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
