I’m in Sarasota east of 75. Was literally holding my garage door back last night for about 2 hours it was flexing so hard. I was in absolute shock when the power kicked back on around noon. Desantis knows what he’s doing. Very thankful to be cool tonight with a roof over my head.

David, a huge thanks to you & your wx buddies for giving accurate forecasts w/o pulling politics into it. I noticed that you guys were the only ones who took the time to emphasize the forecast of Appalachian cataclysmic flooding in an attempt to warn people as Helene came inland. I had zero idea what all that meant, but nowww have a much better concept of flash flooding. Watching Mklyon grow was another amazing number. Thank you for your dedication. God bless
