Thank you for speaking in a manner and tone (especially speed) than normal people can follow. Watched a few others and trying to futz with PS3 while dealing with filezilla and computer takes a few seconds, so it made it easy to work along side and follow.

Very well made tutorial but you should add that it is recommended to use wired ethernet connections instead as wireless speeds are very slow on the PS3.

7:24 how long it takes has *NOTHING* to do with your internet connection
It all depends on the speeds of your local network
aka your home network hardware, so your ethernet/WiFi connection and network switch/router

FTP is incredibly slow for me, the fastest way to do this is to use your usb stick. i know you can’t move files larger than 4GB. There is a tool called ps3splitter, splits large files, u delete the big ones and then you can transfer it using usb stick

do you have a tutorial on how to upgrade / add hard drive when there isnt an original hard drive to copy from? My brother "misplaced" my ps3 hard drive so i have to start from scratch

Followed the guide and everything went smoothly until I went to transfer a ps3 folder game to the GAMES folder it shows that it’s on the ps3 hdd but when I go to webman there are bo folders just a configure option and nothing is showing, when I check the hdd on multiman it’s showing that the game is in the GAMES folder but it doesn’t show up anywhere, if anyone can help would be greatly appreciated been trying to figure out how to ftp ps3 folder games for hours now. Thank you
