i HAVE VISITED SEVERAL COUNTRIES AND STUDIED MANY ASPECTS AND IN MY OPINION COSTA RICA, A FREE COUNTRY, WITH A HIGHLY EDUCATED AND FRIENDLY INDIVIDUALS, VERY GREEN AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING IT IS THE BEST PLACE TO RETIRE IN. THE PROBLEM WITH MOST NORTHAMERICANS AND EUROPEANS IS THAT THEY WANT TO FIND A PLACE TO GO THAT IS CHEAP. THEN GO TO COUNTRIES WITH MILLIONS OF INHABITANTS, WITH INCREASING CRIME, LESS FOOD DUE TO A LARGE POPULATION AND POLLUTION. CHEAPIES REEP THE WORST THINGS. ONE SHOULD HAVE SAVED ENOUGH FOR THE OLDER DAYS AND NOT SPLURGE LIKE CRAZY WHEN WE ARE YOUNG AND BEGGING FOR CHEAPER PLACES WHEN OLD AND RUSTY WITH LITTLE MONEY LEFT AFFTER THE SPLURGE.
SUCH IS LIFE, FOR MOST HUMANS, A TRUE REALITY.
