It's a better answer than most that I've seen on YT, but one significant problem. When you talk of roll stability, you appear to conflate it with bank angle stability. Roll stability is conferred by roll rate damping. If roll moment due to aileron ( or differential spoilers in transport aircraft at low speed) is removed, roll damping (due to roll moment on the wings) rapidly brings roll rate to a stop. But it is indifferent to bank angle. It is the spiral root that either slowly brings the wings back to level flight if negative, or tips the aircraft further over if positive. (I was a flight dynamicist at Hawkers, later BAe, from 1972 to 2010).
