As a chronic sufferer I have used many (most) of these prescribed by PT -- NOW! I finally have answers to the Proprioception and Kinesthesia systems that added to the "chronic" problem -- MORE PLEASE ( And THANK_YOU!)

So good, thanks! Couldn't walk for days and after 3 weeks i could walk normally. Now i will start those exercises 💪

The exercises look good, but this video completely lacks WHEN/#days after injury that each one should be done. Do I wait for no pain? Does it depend on the level of sprain 1, 2, 3? Do I ice it or heat it after doing the exercise? Helpful if you can answer, thanks.
