I kind of assumed Shane was just reusing his uniform, where I'm from its common for supermarkets to give their employees branded fleeces to wear when it gets cold, since most tills are by the doors and also because most staff have to shift stock in the walk in freezers in the back rooms, so I just figured he didnt care enough to buy himself a winter fleece/jumper when his work gave him a perfectly good one for free
