Very useful tutorial. Keen to see how easy this is for customers to log their own incidents through and how customizable their options will be etc, linking to existing database, pulling data from things like addresses, or old tickets etc. looks promising.

Hi.. How you do you relate incidents to the affected IT Service? I didn't see a field for that in the form.
