Smoked Salmon & Romaine Salad

Prep: 15 minutes Serves: 4

1 package (4 ounces) smoked salmon, chopped
2 romaine hearts, chopped
1 cup crushed bagel chips
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
½ cup lemon vinaigrette
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced crosswise

In large bowl, toss salmon, romaine, bagel chips, tomatoes, vinaigrette and onion; serve topped with eggs. Makes about 9 cups.
