LOW CARB LETTUCE WRAP // @kalejunkie

Just so we are clear here, to know me is to know that I am a BREAD girl through and through, but her wrap using lettuce literally had me drooling, so I made my own version full of things I had in my fridge and sounded good— here we are! This was so easy to make, highly recommend giving it a try with your favorite fillings. Make sure to use that parchment paper underneath to make it easier to wrap up!

How to make—
6 romaine lettuce leaves
Arugula

Lay out the ingredients on a piece of parchment paper as shown in the video. Wrap it up tight, cut in half and enjoy!

I tried this and actually don't really recommend it as I absolutely didn't stay full for a long time. Was it tasty? Yes, absolutely! Was I satisfied and full so that I could wait for the next meal without dying from hunger? No.

I worked in the deli, a man came in asking for a lettuce wrap. I was new and winged it. I make it like this. When I'd told the manager she said never do that again. Chop it up, put in on chopped lettuce in a togo container. He was disappointed when he asked for it wrapped, and I told him I couldn't. I started making them at home this way. Delicious!
