Grilled SALMON CAESAR SALAD | Bart van Olphen

Seafood lovers! I am cooking in Glenarm on the beautiful Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland. I absolutely love the taste of grilled salmon, and I wanted to make an awesome grilled salmon caesar salad with it! The traditional caesar dressing, anchovies, romaine lettuce, poached egg and the rich pieces of grilled salmon.. this makes for a wonderful lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

I did pretty much the same recipe but without the anchovies, grilled (almost rare) thuna instad of salmon and the egg yolk wasn't running. An absolute banger of a salad. But anyways, good job! Love xour vids. Greetings from Germany

Looks like a great one for the barbeque, like the look of the crispy skin. Usually have poached eggs for my breakfast most mornings, still haven't got the hang of the spining water technique, will have another attempt tomorrow, and get the barbie out when the rain passes. Thank you Bart.
