My favorite is to use a little bit of the balsamic vinegar reduction and drizzle it on my Mediterranean salads. A bit of honey (or hot honey if you’re into that) mixed w/ makes it 100x better IMO :)

Greek salad is gooood!

I usually add crushed/minced garlic, oregano, and lemon juice…. I reduce the balsamic to 1 tablespoon or omit it sometimes.

So good and so good for you 😊❤

I love this salad and I think it's wonderful that you know how to show some variety. I'm American but I lived in Greece. It's okay to have a little bit of variety in your meal planning, don't just be all or nothing, nice! ❤

Also, You Should just portion salad out into smaller single service containers with airtight lids not putting dressing on them. So you can make a small batch of different dressings for each day. That’s enough salad for 5 days with 5 different healthy dressings!

Fun tip!!! If you put the chickpeas to the bottom and cover them with the dressing they will marinate and the rest will not be soggy🩵👌
