The best tribute to the Tomoe arc that could have been made. Satoh's performance was amazing and everyone was perfectly cast. I think it speaks to the major theme of Kenshin that the Bakumatsu was not a glorious time but a terrible one. The violence and fighting was brutal and the fight with Okita was one of the best cinematic moments I have seen in any movie I have seen!

Rurouni Kenshin the prequel.. We gonna see how the incident that change Kenshin life forever.. The scene where Kenshin hugging Tomoe in her last breath would haunt him for the rest of his life & that how he make a promise never to kill anymore..
