Not only not user friendly, but sometimes da same fx works really great n other times it sounds nothing like when it worked great

Stutter edit 2 is by far the easiest to set up with a midi keyboard. I've tried all the major stutter plugins. This already has fully made mappings that can be easily loaded. Such a thoughtful addition. It's my go to.

Really useful thanks! Watched a few other vids before this and couldn't get any sound. Then the first thing you said was check it's in auto mode rather than midi. As soon as I knew this, I was away! Thanks for clarity.

One of my favorite plugins! Use this all the time

This plugin would’ve been better served with a simpler intuitive UI keeping UX (user experience) in mind. I’ve tried using it after searching for tutorials, since this tutorial was non-existent, and frankly it’s not the way the product should be cleared for release. I don’t mean any offense to the creators.

The UI definitely needs to be simplified

I really love Stutter Edit 2. At first it looked confusing, but it really isn’t.
The only thing that annoys me is that some of the effects sound very different when exported at different sample rates. For example working in 44.1 and exporting the song in 96kHz.
Bug or feature?

How do you route it if you just want to manipulate a single midi track?

Is there a simple way to create a new bank with pre-made gestures? Or a way to set favorite gestures so I can come back to them later??

How do you use it on midi track? Route it from midi to midi?

Did not see anything about adjusting the duration of the effects running. Is that 2 bar the limit of duration?

In some presets you cannot increase the duration of stutter section because it's off. I do not understand why it should be a limit for how long the effects going to run. Or am I mistaking or missing something here?
there is not much you can chain together in 2 bars. What if someone want's to add non repitive effects to a 16 or 32 bar riser or uplifer sample?

Can you not do all of this with just Ableton stock plugins? I mean, I get it's all in the same package, but still.

In the MIDI tutorials not all DAWS are listed. Not everyone uses the DAWS listed on the list. How’s the mid set up for MOTU DP?

Is there a way to set stutter 2 up so that I can only grab the wet signal from a separate bus? I want to record it and then cut out only bits and pieces adding them to my drum loop - however that is not always practicable if I just record stutter running on top of a drum loop, I need the separate wet signal only..

The UI needs to be able to have color changes. I'd like mine green.

Also, at 4:52, is it possible to macro it like "Dry/Wet" instead of "Device On?" and/or would you just have to "Configure" it from parameters inside of Stutter Edit 2 for each individual effect? In other words, is there a Stutter Edit 2 Master Dry/Wet to make it easy to interpolate a Macro between the dry and wet signal of the entire plugin?
