Portofino is one of the most attractive places on the Ligurian Coast, Italy.

Portofino is small and crowded with many tourists during the season, especially at weekends, so try to be there early.
Take a walk in the town between luxury shops and packed restaurants; climb to Castello Brown. Or go to the lighthouse, the sights are breathtaking
Mooring in Portofino is problematic, especially if you haven't booked in advance; some places are to anchor in calm weather and marinas not far away.
We anchored in a lovely spot for a night. and the day after sailed for 6 miles to marina Lavagna, where we rented a car and drove to Portofino. You can also take a train.
It's a beautiful road; passing Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure spectacular landscapes.
Another fantastic place not to be missed is Camogli.
