This is one of my favorite ares to visit. My father's family originally came from Genoa. I'm glad you warned people about the summer crowds. It's beauty has become better known than ever in the internet age.

Also between Camogli and Rapallo and within walking distance of each is Santa Margherita, a small pretty town on the sea with a picturesque walk bordering the harbor lined with cafes. And yes Camogli, a 25 minute car ride from Genoa, is tiny but boasting a pretty crescent harbor and a charming hotel offering stunning views from the dining room.

Very amazing video! If I can give an advice, as a person that has a vacation home in this region, I personally recommend to visit also other beutiful places on the western part of the region like Sanremo, Alassio, Laigueglia and la Baia dei Saraceni. There are also a few of very characteristic italian Borghi like Finalborgo and Dolceacqua that I strongly recommend.
