Sky News' military analyst Michael Clarke on Ukraine War latest: 'They have a plan'

Ukraine's invasion of the Kursk region of Russia is now well-organised, with elite troops being rotated in and out of battle.

Professor Michael Clarke, said Ukrainian reinforcements were being formed, with Kyiv also appearing to be trying to insulate the Kursk pocket from the neighbouring Belgorod area of Russia.

However, there is no evidence Russia is pulling soldiers from the front line in Donbas and in the south of Ukraine to defend the territory.
