With or without Mjolnir, homelander wins no diff. Cap still has human durability and cannot react to Mach 50 (shown when he saved butcher and stillwell’s son from a C4 explosion). Cap couldn’t even react to mcu quicksilver who is slower than bullets (no faster than Mach 2).

Honestly, even Cap with Mjolnir loses mid diff. He's too slow. Homelander carried Butcher away from a point blank C4 explosion, which is Mach 24. In order to do that without Butcher disintegrating from Homelander carrying him away that fast, he'd have had to do so with utter control, accelerating gently as he could. And in order to do that, he'd have to be so much faster than the explosion itself, which as I said is Mach 24, aka 24 times faster than sound.

So this puts Homelander at Mach 25-30 at a lowball.

Cap with Mjolnir still can't even break the sound barrier, much less be 25-30 times faster than sound. So even with Mjolnir, he can't do much. Furthermore, Homelander was nuked as a child and had not a scratch on him. Cap with Mjolnir does not hit as hard as a nuke, so he still can't kill Homelander, just hurt him.
