I realised most tourist who try chicken rice in SG only try the white chicken rice, personally I recommend to try the roasted chicken rice too. Its not bad too they roast the chicken skin. Add in the right amount of chicken rice soy sauce and chilli sauce with an egg and you get a really delicious meal! 😋

You have to try the steam fish head with crispy preserved radish and lard. There are so many local delicacies in Chinatown hawker centre that are all value for money.
