I ate at that Hawker center. OMG it was good. I literally had to go back to hotel to nap. It was soo humid & hot but the food & cleanliness of Singapore is top knotch. I strongly recommend everyone visit.

I am from Hong Kong and my mother-in-law is from Singapore. I love all the food in this video! I make the black chicken soup myself from time to time. Usually I just use the body part of the chicken to make the soup and save the chicken thighs and wings for steaming. I love the texture of black chickens. Very tasty and nutritious!
