18 Minute PMS Stretch Routine

This gentle, 18-minute PMS stretch routine is designed to counter the symptoms of PMS, especially cramps. By moving the torso, breathing deeply, and stretching out the lower abdomen it is possible to relieve some of the muscular tension, calm the nervous system, and reduce some of the emotional symptoms common with PMS.
