Personally one of the biggest things I learned about starting or joining a conversation happened on the tv show the office. It was one of my fav episodes had Robert California in it and he was gathering everybody's fears so he could create some story. I did not focus on that, I focused on the scene where Robert Found out Kevin was afraid of mummies. He walks into the conversation with such confidence and swagger no one bats an eye at him for even joining. He wasn't in the conversation at one moment, then he was. I guarantee you walk around with the confidence of Robert California for just a week your life would be way better.

Man! I was at the club last week and my dream girl was present, I immediately fell in love lol thanks to these videos and from other channels I ended up dancing with her 😊. Things could had gone better but hey! I'm glad to say I'm making progress, because I fell in a position where I had no self asteem or confidence and to be able to talk to her and dance with her is a huge improvement, but it all started with caring and having love for myself.

I know the pain of being rejected just because of this, my friends girlfriend told me that most felt i was not very "nice" to talk to since i did not have eye contact, the problem is that i'm deaf (about 40-50 db) and i need both hearing aids and to read their mouths to understand what they are saying. And i just struggling with trying to look people in the eyes when i engage in a conversation, but 8/10 times i get something wrong and either need to ask again or just say something without some pices of the information that that the other person said and it some times can be quite akward. The problem is that i dont want the frist thing i tell the person is that im deaf and need to mouth read you to understand our conversation, and when i do i feel a lot of people think it is a excuse or something like that

You need to make a strong first impression. Locking eyes with someone. Strong Eye contact. Face your fears.

Never tried this so I can't say it wouldn't work, but I think it'd creep a few girls out.

My rule is if a girl looks at you several times (I've abritrarily chosen 5x), then she's giving you the green light.

Also, I think the 5x rule makes her want you more rather than just going at her in the first 5-10 seconds.
