Try resting your headset by holding the 3 lines button and the game chat button until you hear a sound and than plug in your transmitter back in and it should work

I love this headset. Install the drivers via your pc before you connect it to the Xbox and you’re good to go. Never had any issues of anyone not hearing me.

This headset is very comfortable, has great sound quality, and an excellent ability to destroy my friends’ ear drums, however I’ve been told that my microphone quality is terrible compared to other headsets and that I sound muffled when talking. Additionally, every time I scroll down the volume wheel to lower the volume, it instead becomes muchlouder. It’s usually less then a 50% chance at this point that my headset volume will lower when I want it to. Sometimes when I’m not even touching the wheel it will randomly start blasting my game audio. I’ve had my headset for an entire year now and I have only started dealing with this problem 3 months after the purchase. I don’t really know how to go about dismantling the headset to see if maybe the wheel is loose or something that can easily be fixed. This is super irritating, any ideas on how to fix this?

When I was in a party with my friends when I just got the mic fresh out of the box they said it sounded like I was muffled, great product 😃👍

Just got the new Gen2 A20 for Xbox. When I plugged the headset into my PC to run the Astro Command Center, it did not recognize the headset. Any suggestions?

How Do you know when it is Done Charging?? Amber Light when I First Plugged it in to a USB Wall outlet Adapter.
...12 Hours Later Still Amber.
Doesn't the Charging Led Change Color or Something to let you know it is Charged?
No Real instructions in Box, & Video Doesn't Address How to Know When it's Done Charging.
