Check out Speed 101. This program is a great way for athletes to begin developing speed utilizing Kbands. This program has helped athletes I have worked with personally so I thought I would share it with you guys to help with your training. If you would like a workouts breakdown click the link above. Unknown simply means the person that reviewed the product did not leave their name. As for pro athletes we do not have any sponsored pro's at this time. Kbands are relatively new but we are moving to expand to every level of athletics.

Love this program! I´d like to thank you for your speed specials. Me and my son started doing drills from kband youtube channel last month and we already see some benefits, mostly in strength. We look forward to what you guys release next, we are focused on soccer.

Yes you can. I would suggest doing it before you lift weights so that you can be as explosive as possible during the speed training portion of your workout.

I would recommend the green set. If you are strong enough for those then work with the blue set.

We have seen athletes get results in as little as two weeks, but I always suggest doing a pre-test and post-test 5 weeks later.

We always do pre-test post-test after 5 weeks. That is what I would suggest.

Really just depends on your surface. If you are on turf such as this spikes will be good.

in the website it say do it 2-3 times a week for best results, can you do it all week for even better results?also how many times do you do this workout a day ?

Yes search on youtube "how to put on kbands" You will find a video that will walk you through it. You will need to pull the inside of the straps tight around you leg before attaching them. That will keep them in place. Also you can cut the straps to better fit your legs. Watch the video and let me know if you have any other questions.
