One of the easiest ways to improve your acceleration technique is with drills that set your body up in the correct positions to produce power in an efficient way.

Here is are some great progressive accelerations to help you develop an explosive start & improve your running speed.

If you are a sprinter, runner or a run based athlete looking to get explosive & develop top level acceleration then this is for you 🫵

1️⃣ Swiss Ball Starts | 4 reps at 95-100% for 20-30m full rest in between

2️⃣ Anchored Acceleration | 4 reps at 95-100% for 20-30m full rest in between

3️⃣ Med Ball Push Starts | 4 reps at 95-100% for 20-30m full rest in between

4️⃣ Falling Starts | 4 reps at 95-100% for 20-30m full rest in between

Note: you don’t have to do them all in one session…spread them out or pair some together.

Perform all drills while maintaining correct acceleration posture, ground contact and technique.
