The overall design and flow of the WP7 is a dream. Never expected Microsoft come up with something so stylish! That said, really happy that Nokia are producing the phones as they are a good company which just got left behind the competition the last 5years. My HTC Radar with WP7 is fantastic. Battery life is amazing, Zune is great and XBL integration is a nice touch.

Just Love it! it look so nice with all the live tiles and different sizes, making it look irregular but at the same time organized!

fully agree, is the most original. in fact we will se next mobile generation working as the Nokia Windows Phone, all integrated and working very, very smooth.

I love how the live tiles act as a app and a widget. All those iOS fanboys who are complaining about not customization, Windows Phone is that option.

It's not just hardware limitations, they don't even have the same kernel anymore. At least they were honest about it.

The windows phone 7 screen lookes so much better with the black strip on the right.

I just got a Nokia Lumia 900 3 days ago, and I must say it is far better and faster than Blackberry os, (RIM) and iOS. No lag at all! everything is seriously smooth and lag free. Windows is definitely the future for mobiles!

Its not about resizable tiles. Its how the tiles fit together to create a harmony. Your phone looks alive rather than displaying an army of dull icons on Android or iOS.

Don't understand why everyone is bitching about the Windows Phone platform? In my family, we have the iOS, Android and Windows mobiles, and the Windows is the smoothest amongst them all. Never had the phone has any lag at all. It's still in infancy though with the apps and so on. But it's probably the most futuristic platform ever seen on a mobile.

multitasking useful is while listening to music and downloading or uploading something..else where your screen is too short for you to focus on two things simultaneously and all the phones including wp7.5 and iphone handles the above multitasking nicely...iOS is accused so much of having merely an "App switcher" and no true multitasking but its actually pretty smart cuz it doesnt actually slow down your phone no matter what you do...lol such a long comment..i hope you dont get bored readin it :)

It's worth noting though, that anything WP can do is almost always faster than doing it on Android, and many people forget that Microsoft offers entire suites such as skydrive, office, xbox and Nokia Maps (offline mode also) absolutely free.

Good move by Microsoft to allow users to customize each tile.

tbh, doesn't look bad at all. if MS can somehow give an impression that this is COOL that it has a good chance of nicking the third spot

I have a Galaxy S2 and I am over Android and Samsung next year when my contract expires I am getting either the iPhone 5S or the Nokia Windows phone 8 phone, from the looks of things I think Windows Phone 8 looks the most original and best of the other phones

Well at least it looks different. Don't think a lot of people will buy it but at least they can say they're in exclusive company!

Agree they are very nice phones. What i think was a huge marketing and timing failure especially for Noika was that the lack of being able to upgrade to 8...for whatever the reason. I understand it's the hardware limitations but my point was that the marketing campaign was "The Smartphone Beta test is over" but wait if you have a WP7 you were a Beta for 8. I really like the WP interface and ease of use but MS just can't keep tripping over themselves.

Basically all new nokia phones are coming with NFC as long as they are mid range to high end. Sadly they only implemented this after the lumia 900 but I'm sure there would be Windows-nokia NFC enabled phones.

I've had two Andriods and 2 iPhones, My iPhone rarely crashes but you live within the box Apple creates for you unless you jailbreak your phone. Andriod crashes often, alot more often than my iPhone. I really hope W8 makes the connection between these two and doesn't crash and lets you live outside the Box!
