I enjoy camping with friends at rallies, but sometimes I enjoy the quietness of camping alone. The pet cemetery was truly cool, but sad at the same time.

I had a lot to say, but it is late and I forgot. The pet cemetery was touching, but it is sad seeing people paint all over. Like graffiti in nature. The only time it rained in Yuma when we lived there was Easter when we had a cookout planned. 😂

It's called "Queso"....and I've never seen anyone use a pound of cheese slices and pepper jack for queso before, lol. But, I live in San Antonio, Texas, the Mexican food capital of America...so forgive the snobbery :)

The easiest way to make it, is the way a couple people have posted here. Get a Pound of Velveeta and a can of rotel tomatoes (can use a good picante/hot sauce if you don't have rotel tomatoes.) Melt 'em together and you have a decent queso. You can use some milk or cream to get it to a consistency you like.

And then start experimenting, like adding Meat, Peppers, etc...

Of course, there are even better recipes where you use roasted chiles, different cheeses like Monterey Jack, etc.

But, Velveeta and Rotel will give a decent "cheese sauce." :)

We we're camp host and we had lights all around the tires and stabilizers
We never got any mice or critters
But our neighbors got infested, they are all of their wires on their brand new motor home
That same couple moved, upset and disgusted
Well... Then the mice ate their tow vehicle wires
Needless to say they quit hosting
