Interesting conversation about "negativity bias" on the radio. It's ironic that the flipside is "confirmation bias". I've spent enough time in the woods to have any # of trees, shrubs, or stumps morph into the game I was searching for. Be careful of what you expect to see because you're sure gonna see it and swear to it as truth.

Im on the shelf about em unisquachi. It kinda looks like a burnt out stump. Note how there are two layers of snow on top of the squaches " head" . Also look how they don't move an inch in slo mo and there faces look extremely distorted when not look at directly on. As good ol' human, are brains are triggered to facial features. This response makes us see at faces in everything. IE Clouds, irregular patterns, hallucinations, burnt stumps and so on
( Edit) Two layers of snow would mean that 'Squach would have had to have been there for a minute.

It's a good capture. Camouflage and standing stll, is the best way to stay hidden.
If there was no camera, you wouldn't have even known.

My father was born in a coal mining cabin just outa Nordeg in 1923.
My grandmother hunted moose for sustenance and fished shunda creek for grayling.
Lived deep in the bush wish she was still alive so I could pick her brain if she ever saw tracks or heard sasquatch vocals she didn't recognize as known animals.

I wish we had cameras so readily available for our 3 literal face to face encounters in Connecticut. Two of them were in our kitchen window and scared the daylights out of my sister. My Dad 82nd Airborne Paratrooper set a trap if it came back, which it did. My sister screamed again, this time my Father jumped outside and sprayed it with the hose thinking it was neighborhood pranksters. When he sprayed it, it lunged at him, then went back into the 2, 000+ acre protected Watershed property near our home. That was enough for him, and he bought a 7.62mm rifle for the house and kept it and a box of ammo by the kitchen door that Summer. Not to mention our house getting punched breaking the vinyl siding, gifts of small stone piles near the house, upside trees in the woods nearby and a few other incidents. This wasn't in Idaho, or Oregon or Mt. Everest, but in Connecticut, a State with a fairly well developed manufacturing and industrial base but is still considered 60% woodlands even in 2024.

I’m a believer . These things definitely exist . But this particular footage could be anything .. it looks like it could be something for sure .. but also looks like it could be a stump and strange shadow .

@ 1:35 u will notice one standing in the thicket of the bush in front of the truck, look up toward the top of the screen and u will see a two eyes and a nose, these being don't travel alone there is always another one around somewhere
