Hi Amy, I usually follow bosu exercices that are faster (and 20 minutes long, not 30), what I noticed when it is slower: I feel my muscles more, balance keeping is harder (and therefore better exercised), injury risks are lower (since we move slower and the body has time to adjust if there is pain). So: Many thanks for this video! In the end the sweat is here anyway, and I am sure I will feel my muscles later and my balance improved if I do a wrong step outside. Also: English is not my language but you explain everything so that it can be easily grasped. Perfect!

I do Pilates on the Reformer and we go slow because every move needs to be controlled. We also use the BOSU at times. I am so happy I found this workout. It is the closest thing I have found to a Pilates Reformer workout without the Reformer. I am so happy I found this. I am adding this to my at home workout when my schedule won’t include a studio workout. I wish it was 10 minutes longer but that is just a minor thing 😊

I just got my BOSU for Christmas and have been searching for workouts to follow. This is the best one. Not beginner but not warp speed. I will be back to this again for sure. Thanks for breaking it down step by step.

Thanks Amy! I really enjoyed the workout. I think the slower pace is more strengthening as there is longer time under tension for the muscles. Also what I like about it it gives one time to make sure everything is in proper alignment thereby reducing the risk of injury to joints. I my opinion slower is more an intense workout especially on the BOSU because one has to balance for a longer period.
Thanks again for this great workout. Please do more BOSU workouts.

I’m a runner (in 60’s) building up core strength post ankle strain on golf course. Long way to go but this slow bosu workout was perfect for me. Didn’t complete all reps today but it was still a good workout. I will include this as part of my core training and look forward to that day I have progressed to complete the whole workout. Thank you!

I am fairly new to the Bosu Ball and have been trying out different workouts. I always prefer a slower pace (for any workout) so this one is PERFECT for me. I found it very challenging but in a good way. I will definitely make this a staple. Thank you!

Just opened my Bosu today and was really disappointed in the lack of fluid workouts on the Bosu site! A quick Google search got me to this video and I'm glad! I was challenged but not overwhelmed. Kept up pretty well considering it was my first time on the Bosu. Loved the slow speed - I am feeling it already! Looking forward to trying more! Thanks so much!
