The best part of this recipe is that even if you don't get it right the first time, you still end up with a decent yet delicious loaf of bread. If you've ever been afraid of baking bread, this recipe is a good start!

Recipe
Flour- 250 gms (2 cups)
Active Dry Yeast- 3 gms (1 tsp)
Castor Sugar- 10 gms (2 tsp)
Salt- 5 gms (1 tsp)
Warm Water- 205 gms (3/4th cup plus 2 tbsp)
Olive oil- 15 gms plus extra for the folds (2 tbsp in total)

Fabulous #2 episode, Chef Tussa. Loved it, from the first 30 seconds. I believe, if you can't engage the audience in the first 30-45 secs, you've lost her.

Hello! Followed this to the T! The flavour was amazing, but would love to get more open texture in the bread (airy and larger holes to create more visual impact). any advice on how to do that? There were loads of bubbled during fermentation though.
