How to install Gnome Shell extensions from Github | (Off Terminal)

I Tubed this because I noticed that few people didn't know how to install Gnome Shell extensions from Github. While the method can vary, this is the most common how to. Anyway I hope to be useful to learn some things you might don't know.

Restarting Shell is only required for some extensions, and disabling validation is only needed when your Shell version isn't supported. Which is basically my case here, since that's Shell 3.17.x
