How to Install GNOME Shell Extension Manager

This video will show you how to install the GNOME Shell Extension manager on Ubuntu. I'm pretty sure some other distros that have GNOME will install the same way (as long as they're Debian based).

It shows unable to locate package... Even all spelling is correct
