How to install Gnome extensions on Ubuntu 22.04

Thank you. This was simple and straight to the point. A lot of Ubuntu users or so called "experts" don't know how to give a simple instruction and end up giving a three page tutorial for such a simple thing like this.

Thank you! And i would like to ask something: i got many themes for icons and cursors that worked well with ubuntu 21, but most of them don't appear as options anymore in the gnome tweaks since i updated for 22.04, do you have any idea why or how to fix that?

why all the extensions are "unsupported" for ubuntu 22.04 MATE ?

Although GNOME Shell integration extension is running, native host connector is not detected. Refer documentation for instructions about installing connector.
