Depends on your content. There are big Korean vloggers who don’t show their face. And I like it cause they show more of what they do rather than always showing their face since it is a VLOG.

I don’t show my face. I only use keynote and animate everything on the slideshow and then record a voiceover. Then I use iMovie to join the audio to the slideshow 👍🏼. So simple but effective

Funny enough I just started doing faceless daily vlogs of my life and working from home and it’s so much easier with less retakes and mistakes and the editing is a lot quicker. Bonus is I don’t even talk. I highly suggest people start trying it.

I had all of those issues; shy, concerns about privacy, always hated being before the camera. But something happened this year, I started my channel and all of my concerns went away.

If it is something you are passionate about, I think you should make the jump and don't let fear stop you, because behind fear is often where you'll find success.
