Great thing talking about tonal differences. 90% of the time people will only focus on determining voice types and not care too much about tonal “textures”, so they all end up like “you have a high voice, you’re this, you have a low voice, you’re that”

That was kind of a big problem for me when i started working on my voice, i couldn’t find the proper way to work on it, since I have a naturally high pitch, but with a raspy dark tone, then i couldn’t differentiate if i was a baritone or a tenor.
Again, great job on bringing that up, amazingly done as always, Tara.

To find ur voice, you can also, *hum*, Hum a word, “lemon”, And then when your humming. Open your mouth and keep opening ur mouth and you will find ur tone :) really easy if your kinda stuck :)

It’s phenomenal, almost unreal that yoh posted this the EXACT day my voice teacher and I started working on my real tone. I’ve struggled with pitch and placement and the song we’re working on i’ve been able to sing on exact pitch and feel open, but it comes down to putting my character into it. Thanks Tara

you never really said how to "find" your natural tone though. I'm pretty well versed on different ways to brighten and darken your voice, but what how to keep it neutral and sound good?
